We offer a variety of gymnastics and trampolining sessions throughout the week and at weekends.

Daytime gymnastics and trampolining sessions
Wickers holds a variety of daytime gymnastics and trampolining sessions for preschool aged children.   These sessions focus on a fun learning environment for the children.   Gymnastics sessions include a musical action warm-up, some hand apparatus work to develop co-ordination, and supervised time on the apparatus.   Trampolining sessions are based around play on the trampoline and children are taught all the basic trampolining skills.

Children who attend our daytime sessions receive a stamp chart.   Each week of attendance children receive a stamp on their chart.   After 16 stamps the children will receive a Bronze Certificate of Attendance, at 38 stamps children receive a Silver Certificate of Attendance and at 54 stamps children receive a Gold Certificate of Attendance.   At 100 stamps children receive a Platinum Certificate of Attendance and a circle to sew on their t-shirt!

We hold a variety of difference sessions for our preschool aged children, - GLOWORMS, CATERPILLARS, BUTTERFLIES AND GRASSHOPPERS.
ALL DAYTIME ACTIVITIES ARE HELD AT OUR LANCING FACILITY.

Junior gymnastics and trampolining sessions
Wickers holds a variety of junior gymnastics and trampolining sessions for children of all ages and abilities.   These sessions take place at both our Lancing facility and also at Worthing Leisure Centre.
Sessions cater for all levels of ability, and are for boys and girls aged 3 years and over.

Gymnastics Sessions start with a large group warmup and then the children are split into smaller groups to work on the apparatus.   Once a term the children at our Lancing venue will also have a session on the trampoline.
Trampolining sessions have a maximum of 7 children and gymnasts are taught all the basic skills before progressing onto more complex moves.
Children also work towards our own in house 'Progression Award' Scheme and will  receive a certificate once they have passed a level.

Children should wear t-shirt and leggings/ shorts or tracksuit bottoms, or something similar.   Trampolinists should wear socks.
Please make sure your children dont wear anything too baggy as this makes supporting very difficult!
Long hair should always be tied up please!
