Club Championships!

2011 - CONGRATULATIONS to all the gymnasts who participated in our Club Championships weekend.   We had a fantastic weekend and thank you also to everyone who supported the event and to all the parent volunteers who gave up their time to help during the event!   Thank you also to DE Photography and Frans Leotards!   We are still waiting for a final fundraising total, but we believe we have exceeded our £1,000 target! our club championships are making a return after a 4 year absence!    We are very excited about the event and have had lots of entries!   as this is our first event at the new gym, this year the competition is open to all recreational gymnasts who attend our junior 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour sessions and our competitive squad gymnasts.    We hope next year to expand the event to our trampolinists and preschool gymnasts!
The event will take place on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th November at the gym.   If you havent yet entered there is still time!   Entry fee for gymnasts is £3.00 and we need to know your childs name, date of birth and age.
If you would like to practise routines at home with your child, then please see below - if you are not sure which tumble routine you are doing please ask your childs coach!
All gymnasts participating will get a certificate and medals will be awarded to the top 3 gymnasts in each age group!
Also the event will see the re-launch of FROGS, our parents committee, so dont forget to visit their stand.   There will be raffle, tombola, coffee and cakes and lots more!
